Initiate Your Request
Log into your Dorothy account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
